NOTICE TO THE IMPERIAL POLK GUN CLUB MEMBERSHIP
This is to inform you of the upcoming election of Officers and Directors of the Imperial Polk Gun Club.
The term is for two (2) years. Any member in good standing must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for nomination. A United States citizen, a resident of Florida for two (2) years, dues paid each year and ability to support the best interest of IPGC.
A Nominating Committee meeting will be held on August 5, 2024, 6:30 p.m. at the Clubhouse. The nominating committee will accept all nominations presented and seconded if the member is in good standing. All nominees must be present at the Nominating Committee meeting for their nomination to be considered. Nominations from the floor may only be made at the Nominating Committee meeting. The nominee names will be submitted to the Board of Directors for their approval at the September Board meeting and the election will be held October 7, 2024.
